Weird roommate lease clause - is this normal?

So I just read my lease and it says 'no visitors after 10 PM.' Is this a typical deal? I get wanting to keep the peace, but it feels a bit over the top. Have any of you faced random lease rules like this in your shared places? Just trying to figure out what's standard.
