Confused about utilities in Toronto rent? Help!

Hey everyone! I'm a bit confused about what utilities are typically included in Toronto rentals. I've heard that heat and water might be covered, but is hydro usually a separate cost? Are there any neighborhoods where utilities are more included in the rent? Any advice would be appreciated!
