What's up with the Convenience store at Rexleigh Dr and Ranleigh Ave?

Hey, I used to love stopping by the Convenience store at Rexleigh Dr and Ranleigh Ave for snacks on my way home. I heard some rumors that it might have closed down. Can anyone confirm if it's still open, or is there a new place in its spot? I'm curious about the neighborhood changes too.
