Noisy Neighbors Keeping Me Up at Night!

I'm new to Toronto and dealing with super noisy neighbors. It feels impossible to get a good night's sleep! My landlord isn’t taking my noise complaints seriously, and I want to know my rights regarding noise bylaws and quiet hours. What can I do to enforce some peace here?
