Sick and Tired of This Rental Nightmare!

Another rent increase, seriously? How is anyone supposed to afford this? Landlord wants $2800 for a bachelor?! A $400 increase in one year? WTF! I'm so sick of bidding wars; viewed 15 places, and they're all taken within hours. Just got outbid again—this market is impossible!
