Frustrated with My Landlord's Indifference to Repairs

I've reported a leaking faucet and broken heating to my landlord multiple times, but weeks go by without any response. It’s incredibly frustrating to live in these conditions, especially with winter approaching. I can't believe how little they care about tenant well-being!
