Ongoing construction noise during weekdays

I've been experiencing persistent construction noise from the renovations in the building. It's hard to concentrate during the day, and I'm concerned about how long this will last. Is there any way to get updates on the renovation schedule and perhaps a reduction in rent until it's completed?
