Eviction notice stress - need guidance and support

I just received an N12 form from my landlord, and I feel completely lost. I know I have rights as a tenant, but I'm so worried about what this means for me. Has anyone else faced illegal evictions? I really need some advice and support right now. What can I do to fight this? Help!
