Rising Rents and Endless Bidding Wars: I'm at My Wit's End!

Another rent increase, seriously? How is anyone supposed to afford this? Landlords want insane prices for rundown places. Just got outbid again for a tiny bachelor at $2800?! I've viewed 15 places and they're all gone in a flash. This market is impossible, and I'm over it!
