Need to break my lease early - Seeking escape options!

I'm feeling really stuck in my lease and might need to leave before it ends. Are there any ways to get out early without facing penalties? I've heard about N11 agreements and subletting but I'm not sure if my landlord will cooperate. Any advice would be appreciated!
