I used to love grabbing my morning coffee at the Coffee shop at Oxton Ave and Elm Grove Ave, but I haven't been by in a while. Is it still open? I've heard the area is changing a lot lately, and I'm curious how that's affecting local spots like this one. Also, are there any rentals nearby?
