Need urgent advice on rentals in Leslieville!

Hey everyone, my lease is ending in a couple of weeks and I'm freaking out! I’m looking for a one-bedroom in Leslieville but struggling to find something decent under $2300. Is that a reasonable budget? Any recommendations or insights on the area would be awesome. Thanks!
