Need advice on breaking my lease early in Toronto!

I'm feeling really stressed about being stuck in my lease here in Toronto. I need to leave due to personal reasons, but I want to know if there are options like the N11 agreement or subletting to escape this situation. Any advice on getting out early without penalties would be greatly appreciated!
