Another rent increase? Seriously?!

Just got hit with a $400 increase on my rent, WTF?! How is anyone supposed to afford this? I can’t believe landlords are still trying to squeeze more out of us while our conditions are falling apart. Why is finding an affordable place in Toronto like searching for a unicorn?
