Another brutal rent increase - how is anyone supposed to live?

Seriously, how the hell am I supposed to keep up with these constant rent increases? My landlord just hit me with a $400 jump in my rent! It's infuriating! It feels like we’re all just drowning while they keep cashing in. It's NOT sustainable.
