Is the Convenience store at Teesdale Pl and Palmerston Blvd still open?

I used to stop by the Convenience store at Teesdale Pl and Palmerston Blvd for snacks after work. It's been a bit since I've been in the area, and I’m curious if it’s still around. Also, are there any nearby rentals worth checking out? It was always a nice local spot.
