Rents Out of Control – How Are We Supposed to Live?

Another rent increase, seriously? Just got outbid again on a place that was already way over budget. Landlord wants $2800 for a bachelor?! This market is impossible to navigate! I’m so sick of bidding wars and viewing places that are already snatched up. How is anyone supposed to afford this?!
