Are Bidding Wars Still Happening in Toronto? 2025 Inquiry

I'm curious about the rental competition in Toronto for 2025. Are bidding wars still a reality, or has the market cooled down? Do renters still need to offer above the asking price, or is it more balanced now? Just trying to figure out if my building is rent controlled too!
