Navigating the LTB: Need Guidance on Filing T2/T6

I'm really trying to understand the LTB process but it's quite overwhelming. I need to file a T2 for repairs and potentially a T6 for maintenance issues, but the steps seem confusing. Has anyone gone through this? I'm determined to stand up for my rights but I could really use some help and advice!
