Frustrated With Landlord's Neglect of Urgent Repairs

It's infuriating! My sink has been leaking for weeks, and I've submitted multiple requests. Every time I follow up, it’s the same excuse about 'workload'—meanwhile, the mold is creeping up the walls! How much longer do I have to live in these conditions? This is not acceptable in Toronto!
