Hi everyone! I'm a bit puzzled about the rules around pet deposits in Ontario. My landlord is asking for a pet fee, but I've heard that pet deposits might be illegal here. What can they actually charge me for pets? Is it just pet rent, or are there specific limits? Any insights would be appreciated!
