Need advice on rent increase legality in Kensington Market

Hi everyone, my landlord just notified me about a rent increase from $1800 to $2000 starting January. I've heard about the rent increase guidelines in Ontario, but I'm not sure if this is allowed. Is there a limit on how much they can raise rent for existing tenants? Thanks for any insights!
