Rental Deals Near Transit Construction - Any Discounts?

Hey everyone! With the Ontario Line and Eglinton LRT construction ongoing, I'm on the lookout for rental deals in those areas. Are landlords offering discounts for the inconvenience? Also, can anyone clarify what utilities are typically included in rent versus what we pay separately? Thanks!
