Bizarre Lease Clauses – Need Clarification!

I recently came across a lease that requires us to water the lawn weekly or face a penalty! Is this even legal? Also, the landlord mentioned something about inspecting our unit every month without giving notice. Shouldn’t we be notified? This feels really off and I'm concerned about my rights.
