Tired of waiting for repairs – it's beyond frustrating!

I've reported a leaking faucet and broken heating in my unit multiple times, yet nothing has been done. The landlord barely responds, making living conditions unbearable. It's shocking that I have to deal with these habitability issues while paying rent on time every month!
