Thinking about Liberty Village rentals!

Liberty Village has been on my radar lately, but I’m unsure if it’s worth the price. It’s got a nice vibe with tons of cafes and bars, but I heard the rent’s skyrocketing. Is it really that convenient or just trendy? Anyone been living there long? Would love some firsthand insights!
