Sick of Basement Apartment Nightmares!

Another rent increase, seriously? I can't believe landlords think they can charge $2800 for a basement bachelor! The conditions are terrible—no windows for ventilation, moisture everywhere, and I'm constantly worried about safety. How is anyone supposed to live like this? It’s beyond frustrating!
