Hi everyone, I'm feeling really anxious about a possible eviction notice I received recently. I’ve heard about N12 forms and I'm worried about my rights as a tenant. If anyone has experiences or advice on dealing with the Landlord and Tenant Board, I would really appreciate your insights. Thanks!
