Is anyone considering Leslieville for their first apartment?

I've been checking out Leslieville lately, and wow, the vibe is so chill. Great cafes and parks, but I worry about the rent being steep for entry-level jobs. Has anyone found decent places around here or have thoughts on sharing? Would love to hear your experiences!
