Sick of This Rental Market Madness!

Another rent increase, seriously?! How is anyone supposed to afford this? Just saw a bachelor for $2800—are you kidding me?! I viewed 15 places and all of them were snatched up within hours. I'm so sick of bidding wars; just got outbid AGAIN! This market is impossible!
