Frustrated with Landlord's Inaction on Basic Repairs!

It's been weeks since I reported the broken heating system and leaking faucet, and my landlord has yet to lift a finger! Living in Toronto’s cold with no heat is unacceptable. I'm exhausted constantly following up, and my lease is ending soon. How can they ignore such basic habitability issues?!
