Living with noisy neighbors is driving me nuts!

I've been dealing with loud music and shouting from next door, and it's making my evenings miserable. Plus, the thin walls mean I can hear every little thing. Construction outside adds to the chaos, and I just want some peace and quiet. Any tips on soundproofing would be appreciated!
