Frustrated Tenant Seeking Help with Landlord Repairs

I'm fed up with my landlord ignoring urgent repair requests! The leaks, mold, and heating issues are unbearable, but every time I reach out, it's met with silence. What must I do to force them to take action? Are T6 applications and rent abatements the best route? This is unacceptable!
