Corporate relocation: parking costs and best neighborhoods?

I'm relocating to Toronto for work and need to factor in parking costs with my corporate housing budget. Can anyone share insights on how much parking fees usually add to monthly rent? Also, I’d love recommendations for neighborhoods that offer good corporate rentals without breaking the bank!
