Shocked by Winter Heating Bills in Toronto!

Has anyone else noticed their heating bills exploding this winter? I can’t believe how expensive it is to heat my apartment! With drafty windows and cold air seeping in everywhere, I'm constantly freezing. What strategies do you have to reduce these heating costs? I’m desperate for tips!
