Thinking about the Junction for this semester!

I've been checking out the Junction lately, and it feels like there’s so much happening! I love the vibe with its unique shops and cafes, but I’m a bit wary about rent prices and finding decent roommates. How’s the transit situation for commuting to campus? Anyone experience living there?
