Need advice on downsizing to a condo in Liberty Village

I'm an empty nester looking to downsize from my house to a condo in Liberty Village. I love the area, but is $2600 a month reasonable for a one-bedroom? Any tips on what to look for when renting in this neighborhood, especially regarding amenities and transport options?
