Wondering About Safety in Toronto Neighborhoods

Hey folks, I'm considering moving to a place in Toronto and safety is on my mind. How secure are the neighborhoods? Are bike thefts common, or have there been issues with break-ins? I’d love to hear your experiences, especially if you feel safe walking around at night.
