Living with Loud Neighbors: Just Can't Take It!

Moving into a new apartment was exciting, but the reality of constant noise has been a struggle. Thin walls allow every conversation and loud music to seep through, and the street sounds don't help either. I wish there was a way to soundproof these places effectively. Anyone else dealing with this?
