What’s up with rentals in Leslieville lately?

I’ve been eyeing Leslieville for a while and noticed so many new cafes popping up. But the rental prices seem to have shot up recently. Anyone found it tough to get a decent place here? Also, is the community vibe as good as it seems? Would love to hear your thoughts!
