Worried About Eviction - Need Information and Support

I'm a first-time renter in Toronto and I'm really anxious about the possibility of eviction. I’ve heard about N12 forms and what to do if I receive an eviction notice. Can anyone clarify tenant rights during this process, or share experiences regarding LTB hearings? Any advice would be appreciated!
