Guidance Needed on Filing T2/T6 with LTB - So Confused!

I'm feeling quite lost navigating the process of filing a T2/T6 with the Landlord Tenant Board. The legalities are overwhelming, but I'm determined to make my case heard. Has anyone had experiences with hearings that could provide insight? Any help would be appreciated!
