Need advice on rent increase notice for my East York apartment

Hi everyone, I recently received a rent increase notice from my landlord for my East York unit. They want to raise it from $1,800 to $2,000 starting January. I’m worried about whether this is within the legal limits. Does anyone know about the current rent increase guidelines in Ontario? Thanks!
