What's up with rentals in Roncesvalles?

I've been eyeing Roncesvalles for a while now. It feels so vibrant with all the Polish bakeries and unique shops! Has anyone found decent rental prices here? The area seems to be on the up and up, but I’m curious about safety and amenities before diving in. Any thoughts or experiences to share?
