Another rent hike?! This is absurd!

I just got hit with another rent increase! How is anyone supposed to afford living in this city? $400 more in one year? Landlords have no shame! I feel like I'm stuck in this cycle of unrealistic pricing. It's so frustrating trying to find a place that's not a total dump or absurdly priced.
