Is Port Credit worth the price for waterfront living?

I’m looking into Port Credit rentals and I’m curious if the prices reflect a decent lifestyle. Are the apartments in Port Credit worth the investment? What’s it like living in this waterfront Mississauga area? Any weird lease clauses or landlord quirks I should know about?
