Help! Unjust rent hike by my landlord - what are my rights?

I'm facing a significant rent increase that's way above the guideline set for this year. I’m worried about affordability and fairness, especially since my landlord hasn't provided a valid reason for the hike. Can anyone advise on how to challenge this at the LTB?
