I'm torn between Kensington Market and Parkdale as I hunt for a new place. Kensington feels vibrant with its artsy vibe, but Parkdale has some charm too. Just tired of dodgy landlords; anyone experienced either? Which area seems better for finding a decent apartment without the usual hassles?
