I'm on the hunt for a 1BR under $1500 in Toronto, but I'm finding it tough! Are there any neighborhoods I should definitely avoid due to high prices? If you've found any affordable one bedroom options or tips, please share! I'm open to suggestions on areas that might have cheaper 1 beds.
