Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for a 3 bedroom apartment in Toronto under $3000 a month. I’m curious if this price range includes taxes or if there are hidden fees. Also, does anyone know areas with cheaper 3 bed options or tips for splitting a place with roommates? Any advice is appreciated!
